Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems. This science teaches us ways to promote health through finding an intricate balance of mind, body, senses, and soul. Our bodies are incredibly brilliant and will tell us what we need.  Ayurveda allows for a deep listening to what the body and mind are trying to communicate. In paying close attention and making subtle shifts in diet and lifestyle, we can support the bodies natural ability to realign with health & wellness.

Power Hour Flow & Restore

1 hour Diet & Lifestyle Coaching  

This introductory appointment allows for an in-depth discussion of your health goals, health history, and current health challenges, as well as current diet and lifestyle habits.  In this initial consultation you will be
given Ayurvedic dietary recommendations, lifestyle, and self-care practices to support your ongoing health and wellness. Focus on prevention and identifying and acknowledging current strengths will be emphasized.  At the end of this consult you will be given a uniquely customized plan to support your optimal health.

Balance check-in


50 minute follow-up appointment to maintain balance and harmony. 


In this session we will review your progress to further co-create a wellness plan that set the conditions in which your mind, body, and spirit are able to align in harmony with current season and time of life. Together a mutual goal of supporting your optimal health with be a continued conversation. Amanda will support you from a strength based approach and hold space for accountability and growth toward your individualized personal wellness goals.

Say Yes to You Package

This is my most recommended package as it allows for space for the support of gradual change over time. Surround yourself with good and supportive company that can hold space for healthy habits to develop and sustain.

Seasonal Wellness Package

Invest in your health and the uniqueness of you! Change happens over time. This package includes your initial consult, a follow-up appointment to support your goals, and 4 additional 50 minute wellness appointments. These can be used seasonally, monthly, bi-weekly, or in any way that supports your specific needs and plan. Package must be used within 1 year from purchase.

Harmony check-in

25 minute follow-up appointment to maintain health and wellness.

A briefer version of the Follow Up Appointment. This is great for someone who is looking for more frequent support and accountability.  It really does take a village and feeling supported and having a space to check in on one's progress can yield tremendous positive benefits.

Cancellation policy:  Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will be refunded. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
